This hotel is sitated near the flat of my friends.i sleeped only in the hotel.
Very small room.
great location and very covenient
Simone at front desk was very helpful. Her advice is appriciated
Room was small
The Eiffel Kennedy is run by a lovely couple who are determined to make your stay a pleasant one. The room was compact but the bathroom was recently refurbished and lovely. Convenient to metro and rer, but a little out of the way of central areas if you prefer to be in the middle of things. Great for walks down to the river and Eiffel Tower.
It was the convenience. We have friends who live nearby so we were able to visit them easily. The hotel is not handy to the metro but there are buses and taxis. The rooms are modest in size but are very clean and well appointed.
The best part was the owners. I adore them. They immediately made us feel like family. They made sure we knew where to go, what to do, and most importantly how to get there!! The breakfast was so super, with homemade cakes, fruit, etc.. We loved it. They are the cutest couple ever!! The location PERFECT!! You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, in 10 minutes. You are not even 5 minutes from the river. The bus stop and metro are another 5 minutes in each direction. I would stay here whenever I go to Paris again. It was very hard to leave, as they made it feel like I was at home!!
Very nice staff, good location to everything, grocery store, laundry facilities, bakery, busses, subways and trains near buy.
Staff was very helpful and all of our needs were met. Convenient location for Metro and buses.
Brilliant location, hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They recommended a great little restaurant for us new years eve and even called up to book the table for us.
Breakfast cost an additional 10 euro's a day which I didn't think was very good value as some days I would just eat a yoghurt or a piece of fruit.
Great location, 10 mins walk from Eiffel Tower, 2 mins from local supermarket (for the wine in the room !!) & 5 mins from nearest Metro station. Clean rooms, small bedrooms but large enough, very friendly staff, recommend breakfast. Great for visiting Paris with Metro close by getting you to all the sites. Hotel organised bus pick up from the airport, door to door, fantastic.
The hotel manager(?) Bernard was friendly and extremely helpful with directions and information on subways & RER routes. He new when museums were closed & saved us a wasted trip to the Louvre. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was close to restaurants, across the street from a bakery, and very close to several small grocery stores. There was a small refrig in the room which was nice. The subway was approx. 3/4 mile, & The RER was approx. 1/2 mile. The Eiffel Tower was approx 1.5 mile away. The continental breakfast was pretty good for 10 Euros. Great coffe!
The rooms were on the small side. Our hotel room faced the street and was a little noisy at night if the windows were left open. It was fine if we closed the windows & put the air conditioning on.
The staff was fabulous: friendly and efficient. The hotel is well located and very clean. Good value (given that everything in Paris is very expensive.)
Great little hotel - very clean, well appointed (good bathrooms & beds), great neighbourhood and friendly staff. A pleasure in Paris.
Nothing - it was great.
We were very happy with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. The breakfast is good value for money! And the hotel is located in walking distance - 15 min - to the Eiffel tower. We can only recommend the place!
It is a boutique style hotel, thus very small. I could see the Eiffel tower from my window very closely but we needed about 15-20 minutes to get to the centre. Metro station is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Room itself was pretty clean. Bathroom was spotless but the carpets need a bit more cleaning. We had standard double room, but the room was so small, we had hard time putting away all our luggage and stroller away. I guess it's fine for a couple of days stay, but if you are staying for more than 3-5 days, you would be better off to stay at a larger hotel that's closer to the city centre.
